It is a whole work that builts the body through an emotional deblockage due to the liberation of energy by the overuse of the physical body on the exercise.
At the same time, workink physically the body we lead the mind to a relax state that needs new stimulation to advance. Therefor is the appropiate moment to put on it new ideas and healthy projects, that get in through stimulating phrases in an external level and that we will say outloud to take them in a new and renovating view that we will fix with an image or color.
Once we have our body free and relaxed and the mind with constant and external stimulation, our body is prepared to discover his diet map that contains the foods that help us the execution of our goals.
